Sri. V. K Devarajan,a retired officer who was designated as Tea Maker (QC) from Bombay Birla Trading Corporation (Tea Estates) Valparai,Tamil Nadu (Owned by Britishers) laid foundation stone for Aashirvaad Home Care Service in 1997 which became the most relevant Home Care Service Centre in Thiruvananthapuram.
